DESCRIPTION:🇯🇲 Jamaican BBQ – Our Summer Tradition with a Caribbean Twist!\nThe annual BBQ of the Deutsch-Englische Gesellschaft Bayreuth e.V. has become a much-loved summer tradition. This year\, we’re bringing a little taste of Jamaica to Bayreuth and inviting members\, friends and newcomers alike to join us for an afternoon of Caribbean flair. \nLook forward to delicious food\, hot rhythms\, great conversations and the warm\, welcoming atmosphere that makes DEG events so special. Whether you come for the reggae vibes\, the barbecue or simply to enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon in good company\, this promises to be one of the highlights of the season. \nTo make it a true community BBQ\, please bring: \n\nyour favourite BBQ food to grill\,\na salad or side dish to share\, and\nyour own plate and cutlery\, if possible.\n\nWe’ll provide the grills\, music and drinks. As a special treat\, DEG members will receive a complimentary Caribbean welcome cocktail. \nEveryone is welcome\, whether you’re a long-standing member or joining us for the first time. \n📅 Saturday\, 18 July 2026\, 4.00 pm📍 Municipal BBQ SiteUniversitätsstraße 28\, Bayreuth (near the International Youth Hostel) \nParking: Frankengutstraße 5. Head to the Kreuzsteinbad car park\, drive all the way to the back and turn left. You can park behind the blue buildings\, right next to the BBQ site. \nCome along and enjoy an afternoon full of summer vibes\, good food and friendly conversation. \nOne Love – we hope to see you there! \n\n🇯🇲 Jamaican BBQ – Unsere Sommertradition diesmal mit karibischem Flair!\nDas jährliche BBQ der Deutsch-Englischen Gesellschaft Bayreuth e.V. ist längst zu einer beliebten Sommertradition geworden. In diesem Jahr holen wir ein Stück Jamaika nach Bayreuth und laden Mitglieder\, Freunde und Gäste herzlich zu einem entspannten Nachmittag voller karibischem Flair ein. \nFreut euch auf leckeres Essen\, heiße Rhythmen\, gute Gespräche und die herzliche Atmosphäre\, für die unsere DEG-Veranstaltungen bekannt sind. Ob ihr wegen der Reggae-Musik\, des Grillens oder einfach für einen schönen Sommernachmittag in netter Gesellschaft kommt – dieses BBQ verspricht wieder eines der Highlights unseres Vereinsjahres zu werden. \nDamit es ein echtes gemeinschaftliches BBQ wird\, bringt bitte \n\neuer Lieblingsgrillgut\,\neinen Salat oder eine andere Beilage zum Teilen sowie\nwenn möglich euren eigenen Teller und euer eigenes Besteck mit.\n\nWir kümmern uns um Grill\, Getränke und die passende Musik.
