(DEG) is delighted to announce this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Party – and we are especially grateful that Maisel & Friends will be celebrating with us this year transforming their “Brennerei”-room into an Irish pub! \nSt. Patrick’s Day is celebrated worldwide in honour of Saint Patrick\, the patron saint of Ireland. Originally a religious feast day commemorating his missionary work in the 5th century\, it has grown into a global celebration of Irish culture\, heritage\, music and community. Today\, cities around the world celebrate with parades\, live music\, traditional food and\, of course\, a great deal of green. \nPlease join us on\nSaturday\, 14 March 2026 at 7 pm (music)\, doors open at 6 pmLiebesbier\, Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1 in Bayreuth (We will meet on the first floor\, in the “Brennerei” room.)\nAdmission: free\nPlease note: While admission is free\, foods and drinks are charged (no-cash-policy\, so bring your credit cards!) – true to Irish pub tradition the musicians will be playing for tips! \nAs a festive pre-celebration — St. Patrick’s Day itself is traditionally celebrated on 17 March — this evening brings a touch of Dublin to Bayreuth. (DEG) freut sich sehr\, in diesem Jahr erneut zur St. Patrick’s Day Party einzuladen – und wir sind besonders dankbar\, dass Maisel & Friends diesmal mit uns feiert und ihren „Brennerei“-Raum in einen irischen Pub verwandelt! \nDer St. Patrick’s Day wird weltweit zu Ehren des heiligen Patrick\, des Schutzpatrons Irlands\, gefeiert. Ursprünglich ein kirchlicher Gedenktag\, der an sein Wirken als Missionar im 5. Jahrhundert erinnert\, hat sich der Feiertag zu einem globalen Fest der irischen Kultur\, Tradition\, Musik und Gemeinschaft entwickelt. Heute begehen Städte auf der ganzen Welt diesen Tag mit Paraden\, Live-Musik\, traditionellen Speisen – und natürlich ganz viel Grün. \nFeier mit uns am\nSamstag\, 14. März 2026\, ab 19:00 Uhr (Musik)\nEinlass ab 18:00 Uhr\nLiebesbier\, Andreas-Maisel-Weg 1\, Bayreuth\n(Wir treffen uns im ersten Stock im Raum „Brennerei“.)\nEintritt frei \nBitte beachten: Der Eintritt ist frei\, Speisen und Getränke sind jedoch selbstverständlich kostenpflichtig (im Liebesbier gilt bargeldlose Zahlung – bitte Kredit- oder EC-Karte mitbringen!). Ganz nach irischer Pub-Tradition spielen die Musiker gegen “Hutspende”. \nAls festliche Einstimmung – der eigentliche St. Patrick’s Day wird traditionell am 17. März gefeiert – bringt dieser Abend ein Stück Dublin nach Bayreuth und bildet zugleich den Auftakt zur Irish Week im Liebesbier. \nWas erwartet uns am 14.
